Process Description

The sugar grinding process begins with bulk sugar being fed from hoppers into a controlled feeder system. The material is conveyed to the Pin Mill, where sugar crystals are pulverized to the required fineness.
A high-efficiency Cyclone System and Dust Collector ensure that fine sugar particles are captured, minimizing loss and ensuring a clean work environment.
Finally, air filtration and bagging systems ensure that the ground sugar meets strict hygiene and quality standards before storage or packaging.
